TRADE MARKET MANAGERS:



Job Description:

Develop, execute and monitor sales promotions, regional events and sponsorship activation. Set and monitor distributor scorecards and funds, MDF budget management, business plans and regional events. Collaborate with Brand, Trade and Digital Marketing teams. Lead distributor program sessions to educate and train on Castrol offers and programs. Ensure utilization of digital tools to support territory management using Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Castrol Insights and TurfView. Act as a liaison between sales and marketing team. Assist with communication of new products/services, sales forecasts, programs and tools to ensure FSF, distributor, customer understanding and participation. Manage distributor and national account events (Engagement Forums) and communications. Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, Arts, or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Eden Prairie, MN and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
